HRC d.o.o. is a company whose main and sole activity is the development of business information systems and the marketing of computer software and hardware. The company represents a commercial entity with a strong material, but mainly personnel and professional foundation. Tradition and more than twenty years of experience in information engineering, which has been passed on among our experts with different forms of work organization, appropriate recruiting and training of professional personnel, represents the professional foundation.

Today this manifests itself in the form of a team of experienced professionals of different ages and profiles. Currently, the company employs 75 co-workers.

Years ago we directed our capabilities toward the development of information systems for the support of banking operations. Experience has shown us that partial development of computer support for information systems is neither a quality nor a long-term solution, but must be designed integrally and on modern technological foundations. In 1992 we designed the Hibis system in this way and we remain committed to these guidelines today.

Our mission is to offer our clients software that will be reliable, accurate, adaptable and developed with modern tools. Our vision is the use of our products not only in Slovenia and Croatia, where we already have a strong presence, but in the whole of the Adriatic region.

The solutions we have developed are based on the software foundation of the company Oracle. In the field of databases and associated tools Oracle is indisputably the leading company in the world, and all analyses confirm, that this shall remain so in the future.
